Dinuba.

Dinuba is a Tulare County town of just over twenty thousand, and it has grown steadily enough that JSC sees both ends of the range here: original older homes near the centre and newer construction on the edges that is already ten to twenty years old and showing the builder grade finishes it left with.

The newer stock is often the better remodel candidate. The structure is sound and code compliant, so the money goes into cabinetry, surfaces, flooring and lighting rather than into correcting someone else's shortcuts.

Dinuba permits through the City of Dinuba. Summer heat drives the same design decisions as everywhere in the valley: shading, glazing and insulation on any addition are not upgrades here, they are what makes the room usable.
