Bedroom & Dark Oak Kitchen

A primary bedroom under a vaulted ceiling with glazing on two walls, and a kitchen in dark stained oak with black hoods and a long island. Two rooms at opposite ends of a palette, in the same house.

The glazing is the part worth studying in a Central Valley context. West and south facing glass on this scale is only comfortable when the shading and the specification are decided at design stage, which is a Title 24 question as much as a comfort one.
